The Schools and Libraries has approved the Archdiocese of New Orleans for funding for Year 6 for Basic Telephone Costs. They denied our costs for Internet Access, which has been appealed. The Schools & Libraries Division is reviewing the appeal now. The monitoring charges were also denied.

Year 7—2004-2005 School Year, Forms 470 have been filed. We are currently waiting for our applications to be posted for 28 days and than Form 471 will be filed shortly thereafter.

For the schools that the Archdiocese of New Orleans is filing on behalf of, I will need a copy of the school’s telephone bills covering the period of July 1, 2003—June 30, 2004. Please submit them at your earliest convenience. (The information I am seeking can usually be found on the first two pages….I am looking for the total number of lines the school is being billed for and the BASIC monthly cost for those lines. Please do NOT include long distance or optional service charges.)
